Motivation lose it use or abuse it? What happens when you music mojo for a class

Hey everyone its been a while since I posted. We all know that our inspiration our motivation or mojo takes a dive sometimes. Yet we still walk, talk get out of bed and do what we need to on a daily basis.

There is no right or wrong formula for what does or does not work for you. Every day is unique and thats ok. My new computer decided to not load my music for my classes and oh my gosh some not nice thoughts kicked. Not logically program solving more like sledge hammers and why the hell are you not working arrrgfh.

Anyway after walking away and shopping (space is good for clearing your head of shit thoughts) I realised my laptop is still working and yay I havent totally fudged up with loss of music for the next two mornings. They are a big deal and I want the best classes I can with less fuss heres to hoping lol.

When your thoughts and electronics bugga up and cause issues arrggh take a step back. Often a solution will come along when you least expect.

You may say I am a dreamer but I am not the only one love this performer bless you all

The Angels and Devils within

On one hand its like you have these two characters sitting on your shoulders. One is nice and good the other is tricky. Its always a balancing act between who will win and who will listen. A prime example of what can happen when we argue with each of them. Trust your intuition.

Hi everyone Have an awesome day – celebrate the courage it takes to get out of bed and do whatever it is you need to do. If your skin is dry or your bones and muscles ache, celebrate the gift of movement. You may be able to see, think, hear and feel the wind on your hair and sun on your skin. Walk in the grass barefoot, work on that assignment or work task. Dare to look inside that shop or say hello to that co-worker or school mate. Let your light shine – even on days when you feel less than zero on a score of ten. You are special and our creator sees this – no matter what your beliefs are or religion. Define who you are by your thoughts, actions and deeds. If need be take the road less traveled you will be amazed at what you see. Peace be with you all xx

Human Neurodiversity Should Be Celebrated, Not Treated as a Disorder

People are all wired to think differently. Learning to accept and celebrate everyone’s uniqueness or “oddities” helps the world become a better place.

Mental health for all of us is extremely important as it is the beginning of all our health.  How we see, view everything in our life has an impact on our bodies and fitness. Something to consider! 🙂

What does your inner voice say? Self talk

How does the voice inside your head talk to you? You know the one you bounce ideas off and look to for suggestions in your lifes choices? The one who looks back at you from your eyes each morning? Are they helpful, a critic – positive or negative? We all have the voice inside who we look to for advice as its our “inner voice”. The one who can be your best friend or your worst enemy – depending on the day.

Many of us would go and talk to our friends, suggest they be nicer to themselves when they are negative. Make comments that cut and are cruel about themselves. Then we do the opposite – we go into our own inner critic slamming ourselves relentlessly for the mistakes we make and what a fool we are at times.

How we see ourselves is as changeable as the wind and weather! It can be hot as one day, freezing the next or storming within the same day. Our emotions and self talk can be as damaging as a hurricane with effects that last for years after the event is over. It’a time to say “stop – wait a minute?” You need to get the traffic lights out and get them working. Yes you will have go, get ready to stop and go.

A simple way to start improving your self talk is to see what thoughts run through your head daily. Pick one and use your traffic lights to control your thought. If its not productive and its slamming you, being relentlessly negative – stop it. Switch it out for something more useful. A kind word or two. Hey I did a good job – yes I can do better with time. Talk to yourself the way your want to be treated.
