To often people place themselves in the “too hard to work with” category. I believe no matter what your health conditions, age or weight matter. No one is to hard to work with for fitness! You may have arthritis, mobility issues, heart conditions or any other of multiple health issues – you deserve to be the happiest and healthiest you can be.
I have clients tell me so many stories of them being overlooked at gyms or other sports. No one is normal and exercise is as unique as you! I specialize in working with people with disabilities and mental health issues. Exercise is a great natural tool to help improve so many aspects of your life.
We are energy beings! Made of more than the reflection we see in the mirror everyday. We are not just the food we eat or the the exercise we do! Add some spirituality into the mix, emotions, goals and you can begin to see fitness as being “back to basic” beginnings.
I believe that fitness needs to be holistic and focus on the well-being of the whole person, not only the physical body presented in front of me.
I want fitness to be fun, inspirational, budget friendly and available to everyone. Being a personal trainer is about helping people be the best version of “themself”!
